The three bedrooms have double beds with king-sized duvets for extra comfort. The bedrooms have a mirror each, a fluffy rug, a clothes rail, a bedside table, a lamp and a bible. Plus, the bedrooms have a sweet surprise for when you arrive!

The bathroom has recently been refurbished with modern grey tiles, a large shower head for extra luxury and a bath.

The dining room has space for 4 people to eat. There is a full-length mirror on the stairs. There is an ironing board, clothes maiden and Hoover available for guests to use if they wish under the stairs along with plenty of cleaning products in the kitchen under the sink.

The garden currently needs some attention but is a secure yard. Feel free to use the garden space as it is now.

★ £150 holding damage deposit required before your stay which is fully refundable after inspection on departure.

★ Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. This is a quiet residential, neighbourhood. No noise after 10pm.
★ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract before being allowed access to the property. This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay.
