No. 9 by Blue Skies Stays

No.9 is a fully equipped contemporary spacious home located in Thornaby and perfectly suited for all of the North East.

The place boasts a fully equipped modern white kitchen for self-catering stays with all appliances including fridge/freezer, stove, washing machine etc. you’ll have everything you could need to prepare delicious home cooked meals.

As your stay is a self catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started . We do also supply toilet roll. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby.

In the living area the sofa & accent chairs compliment and bring warmth to the space. There is a 50 inch smart TV which makes the space great for relaxing in after a day out. You can log in to your favourite streaming apps and enjoy your favourite shows. In the space is a dining table to enjoy your home cooked meals from or double up as a work from home area.

On the ground floor there is a convenient W.C.

Up the stairs is home to three bedrooms and the main bathroom.
The main bathroom suite is complete with bath, overhead shower, a wash basin and WC.

Two of the three bedrooms are home to double beds and the other a comfy single. All rooms have storage for belongings and room darkening curtains.

This place boasts free WiFi throughout & free off street parking on a private driveway.

The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A174, A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, close proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues.
Our place is in a great location for access to nearby places such as Ingleby Barwick, Maltby, Stainton, Middlesbrough & Yarm. Perfect for visiting shops, bars & restaurants.

Middlesbrough Football club is around a 15 minute journey from the house.
Located around 10 minutes away from Stockton town centre and train station and is also located within a 5 minute walk of Thornaby town centre & train station.

If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.

Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible.
