The Tors sleeps eight, with four bedrooms, a hot tub and room for two four-legged friends. Head towards Mewslade Bay, come back for supper in the sociable kitchen, then put your feet up by the log burner. Logs are on us, and underfloor heating keeps things cosy. With Wi-Fi and parking for 3–4 cars, this is Gower at your own pace, brought to you by Salt & City Stays.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is the natural gathering spot, with bench seating, a cosy sofa corner and doors opening onto the patio. From the first morning cuppa to a leisurely supper with everyone around the table, there's plenty of room to enjoy time together, while the separate sitting room offers a quieter corner when it's time to unwind.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking up a family favourite or preparing something simple after a day out. You'll find a double oven and grill, five-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer and a separate drinks fridge. Tea, coffee and a few kitchen essentials are provided to help you get started.
Upstairs, all four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests. There are two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, a bunk room and a cosy fourth bedroom with a double bed. The family bathroom has a bath, double basin and heated towel rail, while a separate downstairs shower room is ideal after sandy beach trips or muddy walks.
Outside, the patio is a lovely spot for a morning coffee, with sea views to enjoy throughout your stay. The garden has outdoor seating and lighting, giving you space to make the most of the fresh air, while the hot tub is perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring.
For those quieter moments indoors, there are two TVs with streaming services and Starlink Wi-Fi. A washing machine in the boot room comes in handy for freshening up clothes and towels after days spent outdoors. With space for two dogs, parking for three to four cars and beautiful Gower surroundings to explore, The Tors is a comfortable base for a getaway with family and friends.
