This apartment is situated on the ground floor of the property, the front door is shared with the upstairs apartment, so you may see other guests coming in and out occasionally.
Parking info - you can park one vehicle on the drive. Any additional vehicles, please contact me. Please note: park fully onto the driveway, as blocking the public footpath can results in fines
and please note, insects like ants make an appearance even in london, these are not unusual and I cant do much to control them. it's very nornal in this area, i do provide ant spray
The house is well over 100 years old, so please be aware the house will show signs of age. Be it crumbling plaster, or imperfections. We try to do regular maintenance, and everything is safe and structurally sound as verified by professionals. Its just aesthetic and our pricing reflects this.
