- Respect Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
- Respect the Property – Treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately.
- No Illegal Substances – The use of any illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the property.
- Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.
- Maintain Cleanliness – Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional fees.
-To help maintain our property in great condition, a security deposit of £150 is collected prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable after your stay if no damage or extra cleaning is needed.
