There is a dining table for 4 guests to sit comfortably and enjoy a home cooked meal or a take out from York's wide variety of restaraunts. The living space offers a large, flat screen, wall mounted Tv, a 3 seater sofa and cosy arm chair, providing the perfect base for you to sit and enjoy your favourite Tv shows!There is a seperate utility room with a full size fridge freezer and washer/dryer.There are 2 bedrooms, both of which offer a comfortable double bed with hotel quality bed linens and towels provided for your use. Plenty of storage space is provided in each bedroom.Free WIFI is provided throughout your stay.Sadly parking is not offered with this property, however there are streets nearby which offer free parking, just a short stroll from the apartment.This property is pet friendly for an extra charge of £25 per dog.
