The space
Welcome to Sapphire Court - a stunning newly developed building located in the heart of Digbeth, recently named “the coolest place to live in the UK” by the Sunday Times. Delivering functional and thoughtful spaces with meticulous attention to detail, Sapphire Court offers the perfect blend of sophisticated interiors and trendy city living.

Sapphire Court is anchored around two central courtyards, and the apartment comes with its own balcony, equipped with chairs and a coffee table, for guests to enjoy.

The apartment is embellished with exquisite furnishings, including a dining table for 6, a premium pull-out mattress sofa bed, a 58” TV in the lounge and 43” TVs in both bedrooms.

Featuring a king bedroom and a double bedroom, guests have the option of setting up the king room as twin if this is preferred. This means that we can accommodate up to 6 guests in up to 4 separate beds.

Just a short walk away from the city centre, Digbeth is Birmingham's hottest location- where city living meets the area's creative industries by day, and the best bars and restaurants by night.
Home to world-class facilities, a renowned arts programme and a thriving dining scene, Birmingham boasts the impressive Symphony Hall, the Hippodrome and Birmingham REP as well as the Birmingham Royal Ballet and Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.

Outside of the arts, Birmingham’s nightlife is just as varied. With independent bars, Michelin-starred restaurants and some of the finest UK retail outlets, there’s plenty for the guests of Sapphire Court to enjoy during their stay, and all of these are within walking distance.

Heaven on earth for those seeking retail therapy, Birmingham offers top class shopping experiences at The Bull Ring, Grand Central and The Mailbox, with big-name stores like Selfridges, Harvey Nicholls, John Lewis and Apple only a few minutes walk away from the apartment.

Guests do not have access to the post box for the apartment, so please do not have any mail delivered during your stay. If you need access to the post box during your stay we will need to send a member of staff to retrieve your mail, which we need to charge an administration fee for, to cover the cost of their time.

Only one key is provided to guests.

When departing the property please remember to take all belongings with you. Charges apply if left belongings need to be posted to guests.

In terms of parking options, there is an open air car park directly opposite the entrance to Sapphire Court, which you can pay for via the RingGo app. There is also some street parking nearby - some is payable and some is permit only. Please check the signs to check parking regulations for the area you wish to park.
