The space
This spacious property provides home comforts and stylish furnishings. It is on a quiet residential cul-de-sac and an ideal space for a family or large group to stay! There is a large secure garden and parking available on the private drive for two cars, and additional on street parking for 1 extra car.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and toastie machine.

The dining room table has chairs for 6 guests and there are an additional 4 chairs available. The double doors open onto the garden patio and a 40" smart TV.

The living room has a very comfortable 3 seater sofa, small double click-clack sofa bed and additional chair. The 50" smart TV is connected to satellite and there are room darkening curtains so the room can be used as ad additional bedroom if needed!

The main upstairs bathroom has a bath and in-bath shower. The second bathroom is downstairs with enclosed shower, and is ideal for washing off dogs after a muddy walk before letting them run on the upstairs carpets!

The large grassy garden is fully enclosed and a safe space for both children and pets to run around! The patio extends the width of the house and there is an outdoor table and chairs, along with outdoor plastic plates, cups and jug.

There are 4 double bedrooms and 1 cosy single, all provided with bedding and fresh linens, as well as a throw. All double bedrooms have hanging space with clothes hangers, and there are two hair dryers available for use. Please let us know prior to your stay if you prefer additional blankets and bedding and we will try to accommodate where possible!

We also provide an ironing board and iron, along with basic cleaning supplies and hoover.
Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire property, except the garage which is not available for guest use.

Pet access: Pets have access to the entire downstairs. We have a designated bedroom that pets are allowed to sleep in. As dog owners ourselves we know that your pet may sleep in your bedroom (or bed!) with you which is fine, but we ask that you sleep in our designated pet room. This is one of the double bedrooms. If you require more than one bedroom for a pet to sleep in, please discuss this with us before your stay and we will make accommodations! As long as your keep the other bedroom doors shut, we are happy for your pet to freely move around the house!
Other things to note
LASTLY:
* A fully refundable security deposit of £250 is required prior to check-in. The money does not come out of your account - a pre-authorisation (hold) is put on the account and money is only taken out if there is damage to the property. Please note that this deposit may increase if you are bringing a pet, and will be dependent upon the type of pet.

* All guests will be required to e-sign our booking terms and conditions and upload a valid ID prior to check-in.

* Please message us if you require a late check out or early check in. This may be arranged at an extra cost.
