Relax at our charming Georgian cottage, a cosy blend of historic character and modern comfort, just minutes from the beach, great pubs and fantastic restaurants. Beautifully styled with bold colours and artwork, warm and calm. Hosted by a 5* local host happy to share insider tips. Coral kitchen with wine fridge, bright living/dining space, private patio. Sleeps up to 6: two double bedrooms plus sofa bed. Pet friendly (only small, well-behaved animals) with responsible owners please.

The space
Our cosy and quirky cottage is an ideal escape for a couple, two couples, or a small group of friends looking to unwind. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of central Brighton, you are just steps from cafés, shops, pubs, and the beach, yet able to return home to a genuinely quiet night’s sleep.

The space
The cottage has two calm and comfortable double bedrooms and sleeps four guests comfortably. For larger groups, there is an additional sofa bed in the living room, allowing accommodation for up to six guests in total. The sofa bed is made up with fresh cotton linen and is just as inviting as the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking or entertaining, with coffee, cooking basics, a cafetière, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and a wine fridge.

The living area is designed for relaxation. Sink into the sofa, enjoy meals at the dining table (seats four), or unwind with a film on the Smart TV after a day exploring the city.

The bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels, toiletries, and everything you need for a refreshing shower.

Outside, the sunny patio is a hidden gem. With seating for four, it is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening Aperol Spritz, and catches the afternoon sun beautifully.

Good to know before booking
This is a quiet, residential home and is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. We ask guests to be mindful of neighbours, especially in the evenings.

A friendly black-and-white neighbourhood cat may occasionally drop by. The cat is not ours and we have no control over visits, so allergy-sensitive guests should take note.

If you are looking for a characterful Brighton base with period charm, a central location, and a peaceful place to relax, this cottage is a great fit. We look forward to welcoming you.
