Everyone gets their own room. Five bedrooms, plus sofa beds in the study and family room, mean all seven can sleep in private space. For smaller teams, those two rooms stay as extra lounges, on top of a large sitting room and two dining areas. Three bathrooms, so no queue at six in the morning. King beds split into twins where you need them. Tell us your numbers and bed preferences before arrival and we'll set the rooms up to suit.

A proper kitchen, not a minibar. Full-size oven, dishwasher, and everything from pans to plates. The crew can cook together, batch-cook for the week, or order in. Cooking in cuts the daily food bill sharply, which matters when you're costing a stay per person, per night.

Everything on the doorstep. This is what sets the house apart. Within a few minutes' walk you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, a gym, a cinema, and a good choice of pubs and bars. Right behind the property, in the petrol station, there's a small supermarket open from six in the morning until midnight. Milk, eggs, beer, whatever the team forgot. After a long day on site, nobody needs to drive anywhere to unwind.
