It's not a conventional "permanent" AST agreement. The address of the property is BS5 7LE, Bristol. Close to Temple Meads railway station and junction 3 of the M32. You are renting the whole of the flat. It's completely self contained. PARKING, Gas CH, recently refurbished, very clean. Fully furnished, everything you need in the kitchen. Broadband, the 36" curved TV is connected to the internet so every streaming service can be accessed (providing you have an account of course). The price INCLUDES the council tax, water bill, broadband and the TV licence. You would pay the gas and electric. These accounts would be transferred into your name for the duration of your stay. I would need to see proof of income and would require one months rent in advance . The rent is payable every Friday. Minimum term is 6 weeks. One months rent up front. The weekly rent of £300 is payable every Friday.
