The upstairs bedrooms are light-filled and airy, providing a restful atmosphere. The property also boasts a downstairs toilet and two bathrooms, perfect for refreshing hot showers after a long day.

Guest access
The entire property is yours to enjoy. However, please note that one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor is locked as they are used for the owners storage.
Other things to note
? RULES:

No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.

? PARKING:

There is free parking on the driveway in front of the house with space for 2 cars

? Long Stay Cleaning Policy:

For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a clean to be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays.

? Travel Cot:

The travel cot does not come with linen.

? Pet Policy: Up to two small, well-behaved pets (under 10kg) are welcome. Pets must be kept off all soft furnishings and beds, and are strictly limited to the downstairs area. They must not be left unattended and must not cause noise or disturbance. Guests are liable for any damage or additional cleaning caused.

Please ensure you select pets when making your reservation so that the £50 pet fee is automatically included. If pets are not selected during booking, the fee will be collected separately upon check-in.need to be paid seperately on our check-in form.
