Signature House studio apartments are located just outside the centre of Coventry, and a bus route from the adjacent Humber pub can get you to the city centre within 15 minutes.

From there, the city of Coventry offers a multitude of attractions, including the renowned Coventry Transport Museum, Herbert Art Gallery as well as an abundance of quality restaurants, cafes & trendy bars.

Coombe Country Park is located a 15-minute drive away and the War Memorial Park is only 1.2 miles away with its stunning Rose Garden. If you’re seeking an experience, the FarGo Village is only 600 metres away, with niche and unique retailers, artists' studios, creative workspace, crafts, cafes, markets and entertainment spaces, aswell as weekly events, music and street food.

For students or University affiliates, the same bus route stops right next to the Coventry University road, and one changeover can get you to the University of Warwick within 40 minutes. The train station is also easily accessible for longer distance travel.

These modern studios have lift access and are fully furnished to the highest standard with a comfortable small double (4ft) bed, large wardrobe (containing hangers, iron/ironing board & hair dryer), chest of drawers, bedside chest with lamp, desk and chair. A smart wall-mounted TV with Netflix is provided for your entertainment. Free 50+ Mbps Wi-Fi is available to all guests for the duration of their stay, as well as USB charging ports and Ethernet ports (cable not included). App-controlled, paid washing machines & tumble dryers are also provided in the communal area.

The kitchen area comprises of ample storage cupboards, microwave, oven, 4-burner induction hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. The kitchen also comes stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pot and pans, plus washing up liquid, a sponge and kitchen roll. For those who would like to prepare their own meals, shopping can be done at a Co-op supermarket located just opposite.

Guests are also welcome to relax in the garden at the property where there are picnic benches, or in the communal lounge where there are comfy sofas, big TV, table tennis and foosball.

So you that won't need to worry about bringing (or forgetting to bring!) all your toiletries, each studio comes equipped with a "Starter Pack" containing hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll. For longer stays, where you may need extra, possibly with mid-stay cleans, these can be provided at addtional cost. However, a fresh set of towels will be provided weekly.

CCTV is set-up in communal areas and outside the property for your safety. There is also an intercom in the room so you can speak with any visitors or delivery drivers at the main door and let them in as required.
