Guests will have full, private access to the entire apartment, including all amenities.

The flat is equipped with central heating to keep you cosy during colder months, and there are fans available during the warmer weather for added comfort.

Noise:
While the property is in a central location, please be mindful of noise levels in the flat, especially during the evening, as there are residential neighbours.

Local Attractions:
If you’re new to Glasgow, I’m happy to share some local hidden gems for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations on cafes, bars, or cultural attractions.

Security:
The flat is in a safe and secure area, and all windows and doors are fitted with locks. Please ensure they’re closed and locked when you leave the property.

Bedding and Towels:
Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for each guest and changed weekly. If you require extra towels or bedding, please let me know in advance, and I will happily arrange it for you.

Cleaning:
The property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and FREE weekly cleaning will be provided. Please ensure the flat is left in a tidy condition upon check-out.

Parking:
Free on-street parking is available (first come first serve), but please be sure to follow any parking instructions provided to avoid issues. On a busy day if you can't find the parking in front please check the back or side streets.

Damages or Breakages:
A deposit will be required. Please report any damages or breakages during your stay so they can be addressed promptly. You’ll only be charged from your deposit for the damages or missing items that are not reported.

Public Transport:
The flat is close to bus, train and subway stations, but if you prefer, I can also recommend the best taxi or ride-share services for a quick and easy way around the city.
