Amaya Two is located just 1 mile from Grantham town centre. The property boasts modern technology through out, such as a large smart TV in the sitting area.

Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and 4 ring electric hob, fridge freezer and fan oven. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with enough cutlery for up to 4 people, pyrex dishes, baking trays, 4 of each glass including wine glasses, tumblers and everything else you would expect in a fully equipped kitchen.

The property boasts a well equipped family bathroom including high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guest access with smart wall safe. Hotel quality linen through out.

You will have the property to yourself and there is a good sized garden area and lighting for access and comfort.

Please note that the sleeping arrangements are: 1x king size bed & 1x sofa bed. We will leave the relevant fresh linen for the amount of guests booked on your stay with us at Amaya Two.
