The space
Welcome to our bright and comfortable 2-bedroom home in Burley, Leeds — ideal for short breaks, work trips or longer stays. Whether you’re visiting for business, study or leisure, you’ll have everything you need right here.

Perfectly located just 8 minutes’ drive from Leeds city centre, you’ll also find Leeds University and Leeds General Infirmary close by. Burley Park Station is a short stroll away, with free on-street parking for added convenience.

Inside, you’ll be welcomed by a cosy living room with a smart TV and a sofa (which can convert to a bed upon request), a dining area for four, and a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped for your stay.

Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms with plenty of natural light, comfortable single beds, storage space and a dedicated workspace — perfect for remote working. A contemporary bathroom completes the layout.

Please note: The staircases in the property are steep and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is no outside space available at the property.

Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire space during their stay. We want you to feel completely at home. Detailed instructions for self-check-in and arrival will be provided prior to your stay.

Make yourself at home! Stream your favourite shows by logging into your own Netflix account. Just don’t forget to sign out before you leave. Please note, there’s no aerial service. We’ve provided toiletries and essentials for your arrival. If they run out, pick up what you need from nearby shops.
