This home has a large living room, kitchen and dining room, offering comfort and relaxation after a days work. The three bedrooms comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and provides comfy beds for a good nights sleep. Close to Ponders End, Highams Park and Chingford train stations (minimum travel into Central London is 23 minutes). Local amenities include restaurants, coffee shops/cafes, bars, pubs, supermarkets, Costco, retail parks, Chingford Golf Range, Mansfield Park, Epping Forest.

The property is a semi-detached 3 bedroom house set back from the main road with a grass verge so the traffic is barely noticeable from inside the house with the double glazing. Free on street parking is available in front of the house. The property is professionally cleaned.

The foyer is light, airy and spacious. Here you will find a small workspace under the stairs if you are working from home or just need a private, quiet space.

The living room is a beautiful space with a 3 piece reclining leather sofa set to comfortably seat large groups and families. Relax and put your feet up while you watch TV on a 40 inch HD screen. The hardwood flooring, wooden furniture and fireplace provides a great focal point and gives the room a classic feel.

Super fast WiFi is available throughout the property so you can work from home, browse online and stream all your favourite TV shows during your stay.

There is a connecting door from the living room to the dining room, which also has hardwood flooring. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. The dining room has French doors that access the garden so you can enjoy the view of the garden and surrounding grassland while having a meal.

The kitchen is just off the dining room in an open plan setting, so you can cook, socialise and entertain in a spacious area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker/oven and microwave. Cleaning products and washing powder are under the sink for your use. Help yourself to tea and coffee!

The garden is serene and spacious. It has a small patio and a large grass area. The surrounding grassland and river creates a peaceful atmosphere and provides a lovely view. There is outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill available so you can relax and socialise outside. If the weather permits, why not have a BBQ or just sit quietly with a cup of tea or glass of wine! Please note that the storage building in the garden is not accessible to guests.

There is a storage cupboard in the hallway where the ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack, hoover and other cleaning equipment are kept.

Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a single bed and can sleep up to 3 guests. The twin bedroom has two single beds and can sleep up to 2 guests. This room overlooks the garden and has a beautiful view of the river! The single room has one single bed and can sleep one guest. All rooms have chests of drawers and wardrobes/clothes rails to store your clothes. Towels and bed linen are provided. The decor is simple but lovely and the small photographs on display upstairs were taken by my partner who does photography!

The bathroom is well-equipped with a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. There is ample storage for all your toiletries and body soap is available for your use.
