IMPORTANT TO KNOW

This is a peaceful, stylish and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location. However, guests should be comfortable using stairs. There are stairs to enter the apartment, as well as additional internal stairs leading to the loft-style bedroom.

BABY COT

A foldable cot with mattress is available upon request (100 × 74 × 74 cm, four-sided mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months).

PARKING

Parking is available Monday to Friday from £8 per day. Please request in advance. Free parking is available on weekends.

The apartment has fast, free Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote workers, business travellers and guests who need a comfortable place to work.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. You’ll have the whole space to yourself, with no shared areas.

Important

The apartment may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, elderly guests who struggle with stairs, or very young children who need stair-free access. There are several stairs both to enter the apartment and inside the property.

Other things to note

* Last-minute bookings: Check-in starts at 5pm. Depending on availability, the apartment may be ready from 3pm.
* No pets are allowed.
* Stays longer than 12 days require an additional mid-stay cleaning fee of £55.
* Stays longer than 30 days require two additional cleanings.
* Parties, gatherings and events are strictly prohibited.
* Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
* Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
* Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be considerate of our neighbours.
* Only registered guests are permitted at the property. The person who made the booking must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.
* Please take care of the keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
* We ask all guests to treat the apartment with care and contact us if they have any questions or concerns.
* All bed sheets and towels are professionally dry cleaned. Please note that we do not iron the sheets.
