✅ Keys will be collected from SPAR on Oxford Road, just a 5-minute walk from the property. The store is open 24 hours daily. You will receive your key collection code 24 hours before your check-in. Please note, we are unable to provide an extra set of keys, but you may request for a reusable code to safely store your key at the shop.

✅ Your safety and security are our top priority. After booking, you'll be asked to submit your ID and complete some basic information for vetting via our guest portal.
