The space
The space
This versatile property has 4 large and comfortable double bedrooms

There is a x2 spacious bathrooms upstairs with both a shower and a bath. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a home away from home, a large family-style open-plan living area with two comfortable sofas and a 50” Smart TV and a dining area.

Guests have full use of the private courtyard area.

All beds have crisp white Egyptian cotton bedding and towels to ensure your stay is as comfortable as can be. The whole property is immaculately cleaned professionally between each stay.

The property has high-speed broadband.

For young children, there is a travel cot (upon request and extra cost).

There is ample off street parking which might suit families or contractors.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy the full use of the house, the parking at the front and a courtyard garden to the rear.

Access is by keysafe with a code. Details will accessible via your booking portal upon check-in time.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 11am though early check-in/late check-out is optional (subject to availability).

Other things to note
This is a NO PARTY house. Please respect the neighbours by being quiet in the evenings and at weekends.

No smoking is permitted in the property. If you smoke outside the property please dispose of your cigarette butts in the outside main bin. Do not throw them in the garden or outside the door.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 11am.
The neighborhood
Beeston is widely loved for its "village within a city" feel. From our doorstep on Collin Street, you can walk to the charming Chilwell Road (known as the "Independent Quarter") to explore vintage shops, art galleries, and coffee spots.

For food and drink, you are spoilt for choice—try The Star Inn for a classic pint, The Beeston Social for cocktails, or the many international restaurants in the town centre. It’s a fantastic mix of students, families, and professionals, making the street peaceful at night but lively during the day.
Getting around
The Neighbourhood Collin Street offers the ultimate convenience for travelers, visiting parents, and professionals.

Transport: The Beeston Tram Interchange and Train Station are both within easy walking distance, taking you to Nottingham Station in ~6 minutes or the City Centre in ~20 minutes.

Universities & Hospitals: We are exceptionally close to the University of Nottingham (University Park Campus) and the Queen’s Medical Centre (QMC), making this an ideal base for graduation trips or work stays.

Shopping: A large Tesco Extra, Sainsbury's, and the pedestrianised shopping precinct are just around the corner.
