Living Area: Large L-shaped sofa bed that can sleep two guests, 55-inch smart TV, blackout curtains, and stylish LED fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:
The modern, fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for both short and long stays, including a dining table that seats up to 8. It also features a convenient air conditioning unit and access to the laundry room with a washer/dryer, a downstairs toilet, and extra storage.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The spacious back garden, regularly maintained, is perfect for relaxation with ample seating and greenery to enjoy.

PERFECT FOR GROUPS & LONGER STAYS:
With full amenities and plenty of space, this property is ideal for families, groups, and long-term guests.

SAFETY & SECURITY FEATURES:
For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with CCTV that faces the front and back of the house. We also have a noise decibel monitor to maintain a quiet and comfortable environment for all guests and neighbours, without recording specific sounds.

HOUSE RULES:
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please observe the following:

- No parties, smoking, or loud noise
- quiet hours after 9 pm to respect neighbors.
- No pets allowed to keep the property clean for all guests.
- Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 11 am to allow for thorough cleaning.
