Your central location makes it easy to explore Gower, designated as Wales' first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). You can quickly reach the region's stunning beaches with a short drive or take a leisurely 20 minute scenic walk to Three Cliffs Bay, which comes highly recommended for its breathtaking views.

Inside, you’ll find a cosy lounge equipped with a smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, a stone-surround feature log burner (in use between October and February, one batch supplied, more will need to brought with you), and comfortable leather sofas that invite relaxation beneath characteristic wooden beams.

The second downstairs room features another log burner, adding to the winter warmth, and a dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and utensils, along with a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Range Master oven and hob.

Upstairs, you'll find two spacious master bedrooms, each with double beds and ample storage. Additionally, there is a third bedroom that connects to a fourth through a door. The third room features a single bed, while the adjoining fourth room is equipped with bunk beds.

There is one main bathroom in the cottage, that offers a separate shower and bath, ideal for soaking away a long day.

Step outside to the back where a raised patio garden awaits, complete with steps leading up to the perfect sun-soaked spot for relaxing or enjoying a delightful charcoal BBQ, all set against a backdrop of trees. Please note the stairs are quite steep and they may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

There’s convenient parking for two cars—one alongside the garage and one in front of the garage and first car parked sideways.
