This 1 bedroom flat in the heart of Ayr town centre is ideally located to enjoy everything the town has to offer. You are only a few minutes walk from Ayr train station in one direction and the bus terminal in the other. There's a huge choice of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants just outside the front door. The famous Ayr Shore sea front is a short 10 minute walk away, and the Racecourse is less than 5 minutes by car or taxi. Fully equipped flat ideal for work or leisure stays. This one bedroom flat is fully equipped for all your needs and has plenty of space for 1 or 2 people. It's central location makes it great for exploring the town centre and all it has to offer. That does mean that parking is limited. Free parking is available for 2 hours on the street outside, but there is also a car park open 24 hours a day only 30 seconds walk from the front door. There is a small charge of around £5 per 24 hours to use this car park. If you don't mind walking a bit (around 10 minutes) you can park on the street just outside the town centre for free and walk back in to town, but we find it much easier to use the car park for the relatively low cost and convenience. It is ideally located for public transport with the train station only minutes away and plenty buses running close by. The open plan living/kitchen/dining space has a comfy sofa & dining table for two people. We have a 55" Smart TV with Freeview. You can also log in to your favourite streaming apps as it's connected to our super fast broadband The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a small snack to a full on 3 course meal! The bedroom has a super comfy king size bed draped with hotel quality linen and another smart TV! No excuse for missing your favourite shows while relaxing after a hard day at work or exploring. For those on longer stays, you can afford to pack light as we have a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. The modern bathroom has a walk in shower enclosure with an electric shower. We also provide super soft towels so no need to pack your own! We supply a starter pack with some tea/coffee/sugar for your convenience, as well as some toiletries should you have forgotten your own. All in all, a great centrally located apartment ideal whether you're exploring Ayrshire for pleasure, or working in the area. We welcome longer term stays and offer discounts for those wishing to stay for a while! We can also incorporate weekly or fortnightly cleans to longer stays. Being on the first floor, there are some stairs to access the apartment and no lift. Please bear this in mind before booking.
