Spacious open-plan living in a secluded setting. Perfect artist/writer's retreat. Faces south, away from owner's barn, with stunning views of open countryside. Spectacular sunrises & sunsets. Totally dark sky environment provides beautiful moonlit nights. Lots birds & wildlife. Path from parking area through little wood in garden adds to the magic - torch & outside shoes essential! Near village of Hornton. Close to Banbury, M40. Easy access to Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Blenheim and Oxford.

Large insulated space with king-size bed, sitting area, kitchen, shower room. High ceiling gives airy feel. Windows and glazed door let the light pour in.
No TV but good wifi for laptop/tablet viewing.

The Studio is entirely yours for your stay. The lawn immediately outside your door is for your enjoyment, along with the path through the woods.
The rest of the garden is private.
Footpaths are close by - the surrounding fields don't belong to me it is essential to stick to the footpaths.

The barn and cottage stand alone, surrounded by open countryside, on the top of a hill.
Access to footpaths from your parking spot.
Easy walk to the idyllic village of Hornton.
Ideally located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Blenheim, Bicester Village and the Cotswolds area.
Silverstone is also within easy reach.
2 National Trust properties are within 7 miles.
The British Motor Museum is 6 miles & National Herb Centre 1 mile away.
For the business traveller JLR Gaydon is located only 6 miles along the B4100.

Parking available at beginning of track to The Studio.

It's important to note that you will park your car 100yds from your accommodation and walk along a rough path (possibly in the dark).

There are small amounts of tea, coffee etc for emergencies but I don't always manage to provide milk so don't forget to shop before you arrive!
