Belfast Base is perfect for those hoping to settle down in a comfortable home in an accessible location. We can say this with confidence as, until recently this was our home.
Belfast Base has a large kitchen with an island feature and ample amenities, however there is no washing machine. A laundrette is located within a 2 min walk if required.
One double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Separate bathroom with bath and overhead drencher shower, sink and toilet.
Living room/Lounge area has comfy seating to relax and enjoy the 65 inch TV, the living room also has a formal dining table.
Outdoor space has raised decking for relaxing in the summer months, a large picnic table and the use of the outdoor bar area is available for guests. Please be aware that some personal belongings are stored in the outdoor area, when guests arrive we will advise further.

Guest access
Belfast Base has its own private access through a front door and guests will have sole use of the entire unit they are renting.
This includes: private bathroom, private kitchen, private bedroom and private living/lounge area and private outdoor space.
We live in a seperate residence upstairs. There is an access door located in the hallway between the 2 units, this door will remain locked at all times during your stay to maintain privacy.
