❌No-smoking policy. A standard charge of £100 will be applied through Airbnb if evidence of smoking is found indoors, to cover cleaning costs and potential long-lasting damage.

Any loud music, parties, or indoor smoking will result in immediate removal from the accommodation. These are monitored via noise and air detection systems located in the house.
