The Royal suite is a fully furnished apartment ideal for families, leisure, business stays and contractors. You will be staying in a central location near local transport such as the trains, tram, and bus links for easy access around the city. All amenities including shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes are all within walking distance.

The kitchen has been fitted with high spec Magnet units and high quality crockery and utensils. Coffee and tea making facilities are provided along with complementary Tea & Coffee milk and sugar.

The living and dining area has been tastefully furnished with comfy sofas, soft cushions and blankets as well as high speed fibre WiFi and a smart TV.

1st bedroom has two single beds that can be linked together upon request. Traveling for business? Enjoy a designated work space.

The second bedroom also has 2 single beds that can be linked together upon request. Plenty of storage in the closet and chest of drawers. Full length mirror, hairdryer everything you need to make the most out of your stay.

Lovely modern and spacious bathroom featuring a full-sized bath with shower connection and plenty of space for toiletries.

One designated, free car parking space is available for guests. The apartment is accessed within a gated community.

We operate a convenient Hassle Free self-check in system. Guests have access to the entire apartment.

We have surveillance cameras in public areas, outside the property & on the front door. (include security) This is for your protection to make sure you have a safe and pleasant stay.

⭐️ Other things to note

→ No Parties/loud music or Gatherings at all

→ No extra guests

→ Any disturbances or damages caused will result in a £250 penalty fee.

→ A replacement fee of £100 -£300 will be charged for any lost keys.

→ Any unauthorised guests staying or extra unauthorised bed use will be charged £30-50 per person per night.

→ L&S Prestige Properties provide a hotel standard of service in all of our properties.

→ The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out.

→ We provide professionally cleaned good quality linen and towels.

→ If towels or linen are stained with makeup or dirt, you will be charged £30 per item.



⭐️ Terms & Conditions 

*We require guest Authorization for a Security Deposit.

*This property is not suitable for parties!

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This apartment is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.

*We have a strict NO-SMOKING policy in our properties. A security deposit will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property in designated areas.

*If accidental damages happen please notify us immediatly. Damages will be taken out of the security deposit.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.

*Guests are expected to follow all House Rules.

We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport, and a card pre-authorisation of £250 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £250 unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss, or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
