We aim to give you a boutique hotel experience during your stay. The house has been lovingly designed to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere for your stay. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will required. Appliances include: gas hob, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. We also provide tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.All the bedrooms have 32-inch smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash and all towels and linen are provided.The lounge features a 40-inch smart HDTV with Netflix and Freeview. We provide super-fast WiFi that extends throughout the house. The dining room has a large elegant table for 6 people that can double up as a workspace. During your stay, you can relax outside on the outdoor furniture whilst feeling secure in the privately fenced, spacious garden.Clean towels, fresh bed linen, ironing board, tea, coffee, white sugar, sweetener, and biscuits are provided. The front drive can accommodate 1 vehicle (no height restrictions), with additional free on road parking. Solihull town centre, shops, restaurants & supermarkets are all close by, and the NEC, Resorts World & Birmingham International Airport are a 20-minute drive away. 15-minute drive away from the M42 & 13 minutes Jaguar Land Rover.
