As a professional host, we use a simple guest verification process before arrival. The lead guest will be required to:
- Complete secure online check-in
- Submit valid photo ID
- Agree to the Guest Terms & Conditions

Guests can then choose between:
A fully refundable £350 security deposit, or
A £20 per night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at £85).

House Rules
- Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee, payable during the online check-in process.
