The space
A 5-bedroom detached house on two floors with parking and garden.

On the first floor:

On the ground floor:

Guest access
The whole house is yours, apart from the garage and the cupboard under the stairs, which are locked and used for storage of cleaning items etc.

Internet is superfast fibre, measured at 900 Mbps download speed.

We have set up 4 Netflix profiles for the different film classification ages, with a PIN code to prevent children watching adult/15. This code is available in the Welcome Pack.

Access is via a door code (same code back and front) with optional link to your phone so that your phone becomes a key.

Parking is at the rear, reached via a driveway between Nos 3 and 5 Highcross Road. The entrance is shown in the photos, but we recommend you have a look at Google Street View to find it before you come since some people miss it. There is a privet hedge running all along it. In case of problems give us a call and we will come and help!

We allow 2 dogs. The garden is fenced and dog-proof. Access to the enclosed garden is through the French doors from the sitting room, since the back door opens onto the driveway and is therefore not enclosed, and the area of the garden leading to the front door is also not fully enclosed.

Poulton village centre (measured to St Chad's church) is 0.6 miles away. This is roughly a 10-15 minute walk. Parking in the centre is available at the Teanlowe centre (Booth's supermarket) for 3 hours free of charge.
