We proudly present this spacious fully furnished modern clean and stylish apartment is located in the heart of Brighton. It is ideal for stays of one month or more in Brighton BN1.
Our newly decorated Edwardian apartment has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind, featuring high ceilings, large bay windows, and boutique furnishings throughout. You'll have the entire apartment to yourself whether you're on business trips or need extended stay we can accommodate you.
For guests who stay with us for extended stay, we have provided everything that you will need for your comfort for a home away from home feel.
It has a comfortable living space, with a large open-plan lounge and dining area. You will have access to 55” HD Smart TV (streaming only), 2 sofa beds, large bay windows, dining table and chairs to seat 6 guests and a dedicated work table and seating area.

Parties are strictly prohibited, we therefore request no hen/stag dos, or large gatherings are allowed.
Excessive noise may result in immediate cancellation, loss of deposit and report to the platform.
Smoking Policy
Our apartment and building has strictly no smoking zones inside the building or the apartment. No vaping and please do not use candles or incense sticks or candles for safety reasons. A cleaning fee of £250 will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! If you accidentally break something, we ask that you please notify us immediately.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT POLICY
A damage security deposit of £250 may be required via pre authorisation. This will be charged 7 days before arrival by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to a property inspection and no damage has been made.
Please report any accidental damage immediately so we can fix it for the next guest.
