Our five-bedroom house in Horfield, Bristol, is one of the few places locally that comfortably sleeps 10, making it an ideal base for work teams, larger groups and families who need proper space under one roof.

The house is arranged over two floors with five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, so there's room for everyone and no queue in the morning.
Downstairs there's a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need to cook for the whole group, plus a private garden out the back to relax in.

The location is a real strength. You're just off Gloucester Road, one of Bristol's best stretches for independent shops, cafés and restaurants, minutes from Southmead Hospital, and close to Filton Abbey Wood station.
With quick access to the M32, M4 and M5 and the city centre only a short drive away, getting anywhere in Bristol and beyond is easy.
