Conveniently, the property has quick access to shops with a late night supermarket, cafe's and restaurants only a 3 minute drive away. With Central Chester just a 10 minute drive away and major road links on your doorstep, travelling to places such as Wrexham, Ellesmere Port, Deeside Industrial Estate and North Wales is quick and easy.

Guest access
Guests have full, exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, the lounge, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, driveway and the private outdoor space. Self check in is available from 10am via a secure lockbox, making arrival easy and flexible at any time after 3pm. You’re welcome to make the home your own throughout your stay.

-We welcome short to medium stays for all guests, as well as longer-term stays for contractors and professionals working in the area.
-Please be mindful that this is a quiet residential area, parties are not allowed and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
-The property is strictly non-smoking throughout
