The space -

The open-plan living and dining area has a corner sofa, a Smart TV with Netflix, and dining space for up to four, suited to relaxing, eating, or working from the flat.

Flexible sleeping arrangements

The bedroom can be set up as either 1 super king bed or 2 single beds, just let us know your preferred setup ahead of arrival. The living area's sofa bed adds a third sleeping option, so the apartment sleeps up to 4 in total.

The kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays: oven, hob, microwave, and washing machine, so you can cook and do laundry without relying on takeaways or a laundrette. Fast WiFi runs throughout the flat.

Secure private parking

Your own private parking space is included with the stay, a genuine advantage for a city-centre property, and one less thing to worry about when working away from home.

Coventry city centre and Coventry University are both within easy reach, making this a practical base whether you're working locally, relocating, or staying for several weeks.

Guest access -

Guests have full private access to the entire apartment, bedroom, living and dining area, kitchen, private bathroom, and the private parking space. There are no shared spaces. Self check-in is via lockbox, with full arrival and parking instructions sent ahead of check-in.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for £20, subject to availability.

Longer stays

Bookings of 7+ nights include weekly housekeeping at £60/week, payable in advance. Bookings without pre-arranged housekeeping are capped at 7 nights maximum.

No pets
No parties or events of any kind, strictly enforced
Quiet hours 11:00 PM–8:00 AM, out of respect for neighbours in this residential building
An external camera is in place covering the front entrance/doorway only, for security purposes. No cameras are located inside the property or in any private areas.

Pre-arrival verification

Before check-in, all guests must complete:

ID verification
A short rental agreement
A £100 refundable security deposit, or a £15 non-refundable damage waiver

Verification is completed securely through Safeguest and takes under five minutes. Your check-in instructions, parking details, and lockbox code are sent once this is done.
