Escape to our cosy Peak District cottage, perfect for families & dogs! This charming retreat comfortably sleeps 8, featuring a log burner to snuggle up by after a day of exploring. Enjoy the stunning surroundings & unwind in our spacious garden. With 3 pubs, cafes & village shops just a short stroll away. Whether you're hiking the picturesque trails or relaxing in style, our cottage offers the ideal getaway for creating lasting memories. Book your stay today!
The space
As you enter Dene Cottage you will note a traditional kitchen with a comfortable dining area for 6. You then travel up 5 steps from there to the living room with its lovely log burner and sofa area overlooking the patio & garden area overlooking the garden. There is ample seating for 8 in the living room.

On this floor you can access one of the bedrooms which has twin beds. This bedroom is off the lounge area

On the next floor you will find the master bedroom with a 4 poster bed, built in wardrobe and large ensuite with a claw foot roll top bath.

Moving to the next floor you can access the full sized shower room with separate WC.

On this floor there is a cosy bedroom which has a comfortable single day bed and single pop up trundle bed that can be added to the twin room upstairs. This room shares wardrobe space with the next door bedroom

Then a further great sized bedroom with a zip & link bed that can be a twin or superking depending on your requirements. Please let us know at the time of booking. This room has a large built in wardrobe.

Our garden is private and can be a real suntrap throughout the year for outside living.

Parking is on the road
Guest access
Guests can access all parts of the house and garden during their stay.
Other things to note
We welcome well behaved pets.

NB: pets are not allowed on soft furnishings or upstairs. Failure to adhere to this may incur an extra fee for soiled items.

Feel free to bring along pet beds and bowls

Whilst we do have a log burner we do ask that guests bring along the logs that you may wish to use for cooler evenings.
