Amaya Four

A newly renovated property located just 1 mile from Grantham town centre. Amaya Four boasts modern technology through out, such as a large screen 43 inch smart TV to the sitting area.

Fully equipped modern kitchen including washing machine and 4 ring electric hob, fridge freezer and fan oven. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with enough cutlery for up to 4 people, pyrex dishes, baking trays, 4 of each glass including wine glasses, tumblers and everything else you would expect in a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a small dining table with seating for up to 4 guests and a well equipped family bathroom including high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Guest access with smart wall safe. Hotel quality linen through out.

You will have the property to yourself, there is no garden area unfortunately but there is a play park just across the road.

Please note that the sleeping arrangements are: 1x double bed & 2x sofa beds (one upstairs and one in the bedroom). We will leave the relevant fresh linen for the amount of guests booked on your stay with us at Amaya four.

Free on road parking. Unlimited super fast BT Wi-Fi. The 43 inch smart TV in the living room has an Ultra HD subscription for Netflix for all guests to use during their stay.
