Halifax Centre 2-Bed for Contractors, Sleeps 4

A private two-bedroom apartment in Halifax town centre, a 3-5 minute walk from Halifax train station. Ideal for contractors and work crews on longer stays. The whole apartment is yours, with self check-in from 3pm using a key box.

Sleeping: up to 4 guests in two separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and Bedroom 2 (loft) has a double bed. No sofa bed.

Work and rest: EE fibre Wi-Fi (about 75 Mbps) with ethernet, a dining table by the window for laptop work, gas central heating, and a 43-inch smart TV in both bedrooms (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ apps).

Kitchen: fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, pots, pans and crockery. Washer-dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board for workwear.

Bathroom: bath with shower over, heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee provided. Stays over 14 nights include a mid-stay clean.

Parking: a parking permit for Wellington Place is provided for long stays. Council car parks are also a few minutes' walk away, usually about £4 a weekday and free overnight. Vans are fine in the car parks (check height signs).

Location: M62 junction 24 about 15 minutes, Leeds about 35 minutes by train, Manchester about 45 minutes. Tesco, Sainsbury's and a 24/7 PureGym are within a 10-minute walk.

Please note: the apartment is over three floors with 27 stairs in total and no lift. Quiet hours 9pm to 7am. No parties. Invoices available for business stays.
