This former cotton mill workers' cottage dating back to 1805 in the centre of Rothesay is the perfect location, offering the convenience of being in the town centre as well as being a base to explore the island and beyond.

The cottage was built in 1805 but has been recently restored to a modern and cosy place to stay. It is a bungalow so it is all set over one floor and is easily accessible.
You have full access to the property and garden, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It has a cosy living room with log burner, armchair and sofa. There’s also a dining table and chairs in the room. The bathroom has a shower and there is a very well equipped and spacious kitchen. There is a good sized private garden at the back of the cottage with seating and tables available to guests. The garden is perfect for long summer evenings or any other time of the year if you wish.
