Strictly no smoking- This property is fitted with a smoke detector device and there will be a £200 charge for guests who break this rule.

Strictly no parties and gatherings or any additional guests than the named guests who have booked to stay allowed at the property. 1 warning will be issued, if non compliant this will lead to security eviction with no refund.

**Any breach of rules will lead to immediate eviction with deposit being charged **

Earlier check in or later check out may be accepted however this must be agreed prior to stay.
