The space
Halifax House Living is a newly refurbished two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Fully furnished to a high standard, we have all you need for a comfortable stay, whether travelling for leisure or for business purposes! Beautifully designed with neutral tones, the modern apartment is the perfect base after a long day of exploring the city! With all rooms spread through three floors, there's plenty of space for your break. As you enter the apartment, you will find the main bathroom to your left which is fitted with a shower over the bath, a sink and a toilet. Opposite this is the modern white and grey kitchen which has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including an oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer! A washing machine is also provided in the same room. The third room on the lower floor is a spacious open-plan dining and living area offering a great setting to unwind and relax with a Smart TV provided. It also features two comfy double sofa beds sleeping up to 4 people. On the next floor is the double bedroom fitted with a double bed for two people, a hanging rail for your clothes and a desk that that you can use for work or as a dressing table. The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the highest floor. Boasting a king-size bed, a wardrobe for your clothes and a skylight for natural lighting. Also decorated with a desk which can be utilised for work or as a dressing table.
