LIVING AREAS:
The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a sofa, SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax. The lounge has floor to high ceiling windows, which brings in a lot of natural light.

DINING AREAS:
The dining table is located in the second floor It can easily seat 4 guests. A bar table is also located in the dining area.

KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away for a long or short stay in Liverpool. There is a dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave & washing machine.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are two bathrooms in the property, one is located on the first floor which is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower over the bath. The bathroom upstairs offers a shower over the bath, sink and toilet. We provide towels, toilet rolls and bath matts. Unfortunately we do not provide any toiletries.
Guest access
The guests have access to all of the apartment, except the locked cleaning cupboards.
