The space
Our family-friendly coach house boasts five bedrooms with a total of 10 beds, sleeping up to 16 guests comfortably. It comes with a free car park space - ideal if you are arriving with a car. Sleeping arrangements and property layout: Ground Floor: Bedroom 1: 2 double beds (twin bedroom) Living Room: Plenty of room to relax and enjoy entertainment through the Smart TV in the lounge: 2 double sofa beds Ground floor bathroom: with a modern shower suite. First Floor Bedroom 2: 2 double beds (twin bedroom) Bedroom 3: 2 double beds (twin bedroom) Bedroom 4: 1 double bed with ensuite toilet/shower room Bedroom 5: 1 double bed with ensuite toilet/shower room Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large familyn table and bench. A fully kitted kitchen with an oven/hob, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher! Please note that the house cannot host parties - it is suitable for respectful groups looking to celebrate special occasions in Liverpool whilst respecting our local neighbourhood. We simply ask that you respect that there are other residents to consider and noise must be kept to a reasonable level especially in the evening and no partying or loud music to be played in or outside the property after 10pm.
