Damage Cover

For each booking, guests can choose one of the following:

Option 1: £30 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver
A one-off £30 fee covering the stay, subject to the applicable terms and exclusions.

OR

Option 2: £150 Refundable Security Deposit
Refundable following check-out, subject to the property being left in satisfactory condition with no damage, loss or outstanding charges.

The selected option must be arranged prior to check-in.
