The space
I’m a born and bred Londoner with my own family, and we’ve lived in this city our whole lives. Our home in Camberwell is tucked away in a really quiet, safe residential pocket. It’s a bit of a hidden gem because you get that peaceful neighbourhood feel, but you're still right in the middle of everything.

The house is a big Victorian terrace with plenty of space so you won't feel cramped. I love the front room because of the massive arched window and high ceilings that make it feel so airy. We’ve given the place a bit of an edge with some bold industrial touches, like the red tiles and exposed brick in the kitchen and the deep blue paneling in the hall. Since I'm very practical, I make sure everything works perfectly, so you can count on great shower pressure and a warm house.

There's so much nearby, like the huge Burgess Park which has a lake, tennis courts, and a world-class BMX track if you're feeling brave. Myatt's Fields Park is another Victorian gem just down the road with a great playground and the Little Cat Café. If you’re hungry, you’re walking distance to the award-winning roasts at The Camberwell Arms, incredible spicy noodles at Silk Road, and proper sourdough pizza at Theo’s. For a classic breakfast, Rock Steady Eddie’s and Johnnies are total local legends. You can also grab a fresh pastry from TOAD Bakery, though there's usually a bit of a queue because it’s so popular.

Getting around is dead easy—you can grab a rental bike just around the corner and cruise through the parks or head straight up toward the South Bank and the river. Even though we’re tucked away on a quiet, safe residential street, we’re brilliantly connected. You can jump on a bus or train and be in the West End or Central London before you know it. We love hosting a real mix of people, from big families needing a bit of room to run around, to creative souls and professionals who just want a high-spec, well-kept home that actually feels like London. We’re a friendly family and we're always around if you need an insider tip on the best coffee or the quickest shortcut across town. Welcome to our corner of London!
