We want to maintain respect for our neighbors and ensure our home remains a family-friendly environment. House parties are strictly not allowed under any circumstances. Please note that any party or large gathering will result in immediate booking termination and £2,000 damage and remediation charge applied.

QUITE HOURS

Please keep noise to minimum after 10pm, this is a residential area, and we wait to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.

NO SMOKING

Smoking inside causes lasting odour and damage, if smoking is detected indoors, £1,000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and remediation.

EXTRA GUESTS

No extra guests are allowed in the property.
