We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break or damage anything please let us know immediately so that we can take steps to repair or replace it.

Please note: Our charming apartment is located on the lower ground floor, requiring you to descend stairs to access it. If you have mobility concerns or difficulty with stairs, kindly consider this before booking.

We welcome well-behaved small dogs, allowing you to bring your furry companion on your London adventure.
