"This first floor studio is one large open plan room with its own covered balcony. A king size bed sits between fitted wardrobes at one end, with a wall mounted TV, a velvet armchair and a sofa bed making up the seating area. The dining table seats four beside the kitchen, which runs along one wall and is fully fitted with a Bosch oven, Bosch microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washer dryer. A kettle, toaster, iron, hoover and hairdryer are all provided.

French doors open onto the balcony, which is covered, tiled and lit, with a glass balustrade and a view over a leafy residential street. The shower room has a walk in rainfall shower, a vanity unit and an opening window.

The studio sleeps three, with the sofa bed suited to one adult or a child. Wi-Fi runs at around 100Mb. Heating is electric with tall vertical radiators. Check in is self service using a key box, the building entrance has a keypad, and the flat is on the first floor of a small modern building with no lift.
