This second floor studio is a large open plan room with a covered balcony and long views down a leafy residential street. A king size bed sits against fitted wardrobes, and a grey sofa bed, a coffee table, a chest of drawers and a wall mounted TV make up the seating end. The kitchen runs the length of one wall and is fitted with a Bosch eye level oven and microwave, an electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer, with a kettle and toaster on the side. An iron, hoover and hairdryer are provided.

Bifold doors and a second set of French doors open onto the balcony, which is covered, paved and lit, with a glass balustrade. The shower room has a walk in shower, a vanity unit and an opening window.

The studio sleeps three, with the sofa bed suited to one adult or a child. Wi-Fi runs at around 200Mb. Heating is electric with tall vertical radiators. Check in is self service using a keybox, the building entrance has a keypad, and the flat is on the second floor of a small modern building with no lift.
