House rules
I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

Please note that I offer two options for handling the security deposit for your stay:

1. £500 Security Deposit: This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay.

2. A £35 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: Alternatively, guests can opt for a damage waiver provided through STRLY. This waiver offers protection during your stay, offering you peace of mind without the upfront deposit.

Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and the security deposit charge.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire flat during your stay, with the exception of the balcony, which is not accessible. However, you can still enjoy the beautiful view from inside the flat!

Other things to note
For your added comfort, we've recently installed blinds to provide extra privacy and help dim the light, creating a perfect environment.

Kindly note that the balcony is not accessible and should remain off-limits during your stay.
