"This one-bedroom apartment sits on the top floor of a red-brick building in South Kensington, with sloped ceilings, angled windows and views over the surrounding rooftops and treetops. It measures around 40 square metres and sleeps up to 4. The apartment is on the fifth floor and is reached by stairs only, so please be comfortable with the climb before booking.

The living room has a grey sofa that pulls out into a bed for two, best suited to smaller adults or children. There is a wall-mounted TV, a folding dining table with four chairs, and a desk by the window for anyone working during their stay. Wi-Fi runs at around 200 Mbps. Through the archway, the kitchen comes fitted with an electric oven, gas hob and extractor, a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
